At J&D Motion, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are:

  • Incorrect (you received the wrong item)
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue


Requests must be submitted no later than 5 business days from the delivery date.

How to Submit a Return Request

To start a request, please select SUBMIT A RETURN. You will need:

  1. Your Order Number or Email Address
  2. A detailed explanation of the issue
  3. Clear, well-lit photos showing the incorrect, damaged, or defective product(s)

Incomplete submissions may delay the review process.

Review Process

All Return & Exchange requests are reviewed within 2 business days of submission. After review, you will receive an approval, denial, or request for additional information. Updates will be sent to the email address associated with your Order Number.

Return Shipping

If your Return or Exchange request is approved:

  • Products must be shipped no later than 5 business days from the date of documented return approval.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be included in your return approval email.
  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.

Quality Concerns (Non-Damaged Items)

If your product is not damaged or defective, but you believe there may be a quality issue, please contact our Customer Support team so we can review your concerns and work toward a resolution: customersupport@jdmotion.com .

Important Disclosures

  • J&D Motion reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the policy criteria.
  • Requests submitted after the 5 business-day window will not be eligible.
  • Items must match the condition shown in your submitted photos.
  • Refunds will be issued once return delivery of the product(s) is confirmed.
